time you factor invoices or apply for accounts receivable factoring, it is necessary
to fax us copies of all documents applicable to your business, supporting your
legal right to invoice your customers. These documents include:
- Purchase orders
- Contracts
- Shipping documents (airbills,
bills of lading) or delivery receipts
- Signed time sheets
- Performance
completion reports of any kind, such as Installation reports or Production Reports
- Payment and performance bonds
- Certificates of Insurance, naming
Factoring Associates as an additional insured, if your customer requires insurance.
In other words, we must have a copy of
every document you would need to offer into evidence in a court of law to prove
your legal right to be paid, if it should ever come to that. If
